• Updating and brainstorming idea the current and future promotion for both online social media and offline.
• Creating idea and provide digital skills in the marketing posters and brochures.
• Attend to visitors, customers and suppliers or contractors at the office premisses, and at the promotion event location in Singapore.
• Manage and record customer inquiries, providing information about products, pricing, and order status. Recording customer feedback to management or product development teams.
