Responsibilities

1. Key Performance Indicators

• Secure new corporate & personal accounts for long term leasing, monthly rental, and transient basis.
• Attend to enquiries and follow-up with potential sales leads through cold calling and telemarketing.
• Meet monthly sales target and vehicle hired-out rate to achieve KPI.
• Prepare quotations and arrange for car viewing sessions with prospects.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

2. Customer Service

• Ensure service excellence towards customers.
• Continual engagement and networking with customers.

• Ensure customers are given appropriate response within stipulated time frame.
