Procurement:

Purchase Requisition (PR)

• Creation of Purchase Requisition (PR) and liaising with requesters from various departments (charge code, amount, contract fund utilization, delivery location)
• Monitor and follow up on PR status
• Preparation of PR & PO listing on bi-weekly basis
• Ensure open PRs are closed timely
• For CAPEX and visibility: to check against CAPEX availability and visibility fund in CMS

Goods Received (GR)

• Review completeness of Purchase Order (PO) invoices within Invoice Processing Portal (Esker)
• Perform 3-way match between Delivery Order (DO), PO and invoices.
• Compilation of supporting documents and providing comments when necessary
• Posting of GR
• Attached all relevant documents (DO, etc) in SAP, and file all documents
• Submits non-PO invoices to Esker

POSM Management:

• Weekly inventory reconciliation and upload to system
• Handle delivery/collection requests from various departments
• Monitor and follow up with POSM movement including liaising with 3rd party Warehouse & Logistics on collections & deliveries.
• Monthly Inventory reconciliation
• Creation of material code for New POSM registration, including the maintenance of master list
• Handle incoming shipments for POSM related PO, including liaising with approved forwarder
• Inform 3rd party Warehouse on incoming shipment with information on the POSM for their GR
• Liaise with Marketing Team and review of POSM for disposal on quarterly basis

As a Marketing Executive & Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our makeup courses and driving enrollment. Responsibilities:

1. Craft Compelling Marketing Campaigns: Devise and execute innovative marketing campaigns &0 create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, to showcase the unique features of our makeup courses.
   
2. Customer Engagement and Follow-ups: Respond promptly to inquiries and leads through various channels, including social media, email, and phone.
   
3. Sales Advisory: Guide prospective students through the array of makeup courses, understanding their goals and interests.
   
4. Event Management: Organize and actively participate in informational events, workshops, roadshows, and other marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase revenue.
   
5. Stay Informed and Educated: Regularly update marketing collateral to reflect the latest developments in the beauty and makeup sector.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in the beauty or education industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for makeup and beauty trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic communications for programmes, events and announcements, including developing communications plans, talking points, nuanced messages, preparing media materials and identifying publicity opportunities.
• Assist in proactive publicity and media pitching, including facilitating media interviews and working with media on their requests and queries.
• Manage digital communications including copywriting as well as editing web and social media content.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Business
• At least 2 years of prior working experience in communications is preferred
• Strong command of English and good writing skills
• Self-starter, adaptable, meticulous, analytical and creative mind
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Highly-driven and enjoy working in a challenging environment
