About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing organization is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDR) team in Asia. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

• Manage and support the current SDR team through onboarding, training, and mentorship.
• Train SDRs on end-to-end sales processes, including discovery calls, demos, and closing techniques.
• Mentor team members to improve prospecting strategies, account planning, and discovery efforts.
• Conduct group training sessions and team meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Performance Management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and achieve pipeline growth targets.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
