We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager for a direct, full-time position with our client. The role involves a strong focus on client servicing and sales activities, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent client servicing by addressing customer needs and inquiries promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /

Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.

• Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /

Logistic / CBT).

• Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and

customer service.

• Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining

existing customer relationships.

Job Descriptions:

Performing indoor and outdoor sales including showroom duties.

Self-motivated to hunt for new sales opportunities.

Following up with customers/leads to build and maintain a good relationship such as Interior

Designers & Architects.

Preparation of sales quotation, proposal and all sales related documentations, duties, and

administrative procedures.

Job Description:

· Managing full spectrum of business development activities for the assigned products/ solutions to generate sales

Job Summary

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for overseeing and driving the hotel’s sales,

marketing, and revenue strategies to optimise profitability, elevate brand recognition and

ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of

fostering revenue growth through innovative approaches, strategic team leadership, and

strong relationships with key stakeholder.

Responsibilities: -

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all market segments, including corporate, group, and MICE, etc
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and secure long-term opportunities.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue
• Lead and monitor the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Manage the hotel’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and third-party booking sites.
• Collaborate closely with the revenue team to create pricing strategies that maximise profitability and market competitiveness
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and manage the sales & marketing budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s overall financial goals.
• Work with other departments including operations and food & beverage, to deliver a seamless and cohesive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree of Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions based on market insights.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem solving
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
