Job Description:

• Organize and facilitate the sales team's activities, including the preparation of quotations, overseeing the order process until payment is received, and maintaining document filing systems.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate the deployment of engineer(s) on vessels, both locally and internationally.
• Monitor and follow up on inquiries, ensuring proper documentation is maintained throughout the process.
• Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Provide regular status updates to the Operation Department regarding ongoing and potential service jobs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure their orderly arrangement.
• Generate quarterly sales reports for management review.
• Pursue the resolution of outstanding invoices.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a degree or diploma.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess an understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Local Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and driving direction, execution for the local marketing function including ATL advertising, BTL promotions, media plan, social media and influencer marketing.

• Work with external agency on the creation and development of various branding and promotional assets, from print to stores, to web.

Requirement:

• Degree with 6 to 8 years of proven experience in digital / media agencies or similar role creating and executing digital strategies on behalf of external / internal clients
• Demonstrated experience in successfully executing a social programme that includes growing followers organically, increasing engagements and demand generated conversions
• Able to leverage on data-driven research/analysis to drive strategic direction and website optimisation
• Must possess analytical skills and be competent in digital capabilities/ technology and data analytics
• Excellent communications skills including copywriting and copy-editing skills
