Responsibilities

• Plan, create and implement marketing campaigns and promotions including both ATL and BTL for diverse portfolio of categories.
• Manage the timeline for campaigns and new product launches and follow-through with high accuracy.
• Prepare, monitor, and present accurate and timely campaign progress and post-mortem report and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, derive key learning for business growth and decision-making.
• Manage and maintain the development of the product packaging designs (Domestic market, Malaysia market & International markets) to ensure correct changes are being implemented and timely submission of artworks.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager you are responsible for planning and executing the trade marketing strategies and plans for the various brands in Frosts Food and Beverage’s portfolio.

The job calls for:

1) Detailed sales analysis of various brands

2) Assistance of Sales Managers for different channels to develop, plan and execute

channel strategies and trade promotions for key accounts and trade channels to

achieve sales objectives.

3) Monitoring of competitor activities and submission of monthly analysis.

4) Working with our Demand Planner to improve accuracy of sales forecast.

5) Identifying sales gaps and work with the respective Channel Sales Managers to

propose close gap measures.

6) Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store

promotions

7) Interaction with Brand Principals.

8) Monitoring and implementing price surveys on selected competitive brands.

9) Supporting new product launches with detailed rollout plans.

Customer Service

• Support order processing with high accuracy and speed according to customers’ requests
• Continuously suggest improvements to Reporting Officer for departmental growth and minimizing error
• Respond to customer requests and/or orders - via phone, fax, email, and retrieval from online portals
• Handle customers’ requests professionally with proper phone/email etiquette and achieve customers’ satisfaction on CFF customer service
• Issue goods return note and stock exchange forms
• Raise credit / debit / stock transfer request forms
• Liaise with logistics, purchasing and sales on stock and delivery issues

Sales Support

• Engage regular sales calls and visiting with the given portfolio of customers
• Work and strive to achieve the specific monthly sales targets
• Share promotional material with customers and support sales team to boost the sales growth
