Fleek TCM is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced beautician / consultant (Full-Time) to our growing family.

Basic salary + Commission

Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Hardworking and team cooperation
- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
- Independent and self-motivated

- Beauty / Facial knowledge

- Must hit personal sales target

Responsibilities

• To achieve sales target set by management
• Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry
• Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from construction market and potential client for growth
• Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value
• Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of a new customer
• Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developer, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc)
• Serve as a role model who embraces company vision, mission and values, with emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen and disciplined execution
• Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecast effectively
• Ensure there is constant communication to the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development
• Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments
• Monthly reporting to the manager as per set format
• Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer
• Provide support/ training/ troubleshooting to customer

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ sales experience in the construction industry preferred
• Must possess own car/ motorcycle
• High computer literacy
• Creative thinking
• High level of self-motivation
• High ability and successful track record in personal salesmanship
• Strong, aggressive personality
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn with Never Say Die mindset

Other Information:

• 5 days’ work week
• 8.30am – 5.30pm
