• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive CaterCo’s brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Prepare budgets, track costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms that highlight CaterCo’s premium offerings and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, optimise client acquisition, and drive customer retention through strategic content and targeted marketing.
• Oversee content creation, including high-quality photography, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Leverage market research to analyse consumer trends, refine our value proposition, and tailor messaging that resonates with client segments
• Manage partnerships to position CaterCo at exclusive events, enhancing brand visibility within key industries.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotions and other key events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within luxury hospitality, catering, F&B or premium service industries
• Proven track record of successful campaign management and lead generation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting sophisticated, brand-aligned messaging
• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities to interpret marketing metrics and refine strategies
• Experience in event planning or related industry knowledge is a plus

To strengthen our marketing team and build the market in Southeast Asia, we are looking for Marketing Assistant who are eager to stay connected to scientific research and promote academic publishing service in academic field.

The position of Marketing Assistant is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Responsibilities and Main Duties:

• Keep abreast of industry trends, source and evaluate conferences across all academic field;
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities for improved marketing strategies and decision-making;
• Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials;
• Manage MDPI Singapore’s social medial channels, including content writing, community engagement and tracking of metrics;
• Conceptualize and manage online and offline workshops, webinars and conferences.
• Support corporate events like author training in leading universities and institutions in Southeast Asia;
• Represent the company in some academic conferences held in Southeast Asia and take responsibility to set up booth on site;
• Build and maintain relationship with key and relevant scholars and academic media in Southeast Asia;
• Handle incoming inquiries for information about all services of MDPI
• Provide administrative support in handling databases and logistics involved in clients outreach and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in marketing and business related;
• Excellent written and spoken English skills;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Team player with the capability to work in a dynamic, international environment;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Very good communication and coordination skills;
• Professional experience with Academic publishing, exhibition or strategy planning is an advantage;
• Digital Marketing skills is an asset.

Additional Information:

As a successful candidate, you will receive full training in marketing work, working closely with worldwide colleagues in marketing department. Training supervised by an assigned tutor will take place on the job during the first six months. Depending on your background, you will be assigned to work on basic marketing projects. No previous working experience is required; however, a familiarity with the brand and communication is an advantage.
