We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our APAC office at All3Media International.

The role involves supporting the Sales team in Singapore to expand business across Asia. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 year of sales support or administrative experience, preferably in a media organization. A second language such as Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.

The main responsibilities of the role are;

• General PA duties the VP Asia (China, Japan and Korea) and VP Asia (India and Sub-Continents) and ASIA facing sales team, covering a wide range of territories and platforms;
• Preparation of availability lists & sales reports for new sales opportunities;
• Sales Contract management - deal entry, generation of contracts, filing, maintenance of database and reporting;
