· Lead/manage large global projects for Market products involving cross functional and multi geographic teams as a Lead Business Analyst.

Required Skills

· Min. 8 years of experience in banking industry as Lead Business analyst/ Business analyst.

· Strong experience of building software solutions for banking applications (treasury is preferred) with focus on market products.

· Experience in treasury and market risk products are preferred

· Ability to comprehend customer business process and requirements and interprret into functional requirements across wide array of market treasury products and technologies.

· Experience of working with multiple system partners, Product Control teams, development and support teams.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Processing of Daily Orders
* liaise with QA Dept. on Customer’s specifications
* liaise with respective Production facilities’ planners on Customer’s order and
delivery schedules
* communicate/co-ordinate with customers, branch CS and Sales
* daily order entries

2. Preparation of Delivery/Shipment Documentations
* liaise with delivery drivers/freight forwarders on delivery/shipping matters
* liaise with Production Facility Packing on daily shipments
* booking of flights and preparation of shipping documents

3. Follow-up on Customer’s Complaints
* co-ordinate with customer on rejected goods issue
* preparation of Customer’s Complaint Form, replacement/refund arrangements

4. Follow-up with customers on spools, cases and antistatic boxes return

5. Follow-up/Update of Monthly Overdue payment

6. Monitor & Control of SMI Stock Retention Period and Month/End Stock
Reconciliation

7. Co-ordinate between company and overseas Branches on Credit Application/Renewal

6. General clerical duties, including e-filing, compilation of reports as and when required

7. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by Superior from time to time.

This MNC is a global company with over 40 years of experience owning and operating LNG assets. The company owns a fleet of over 30 LNG carriers and Floating Storage and Regasification Units. An exciting opportunity with this MNC is now available to develop the LNG's business in Asia and Middle East with a focus on floating infrastructure and adjacent infrastructure. This role is open from Assistant Manager to Manager level.

Key responsibilities:

• Member of the Gas solutions team, based in Singapore.
• Actively participate in the development of the MNC’s LNG Asia and Middle East strategy for floating infrastructure (Gas Solutions) to support the overall strategy.
• Proactively build relationships in the industry and assist in the origination of new business opportunities in the Asia and Middle East region.
• Support marketing efforts across the team, including preparation of presentation materials.
• Coordinate the team's participation in tenders and bids, including preparation of client proposals and other such documentation. Take lead on selected opportunities.
• Maintain oversight over the Asian and Middle East markets, potential customers and potential / ongoing projects.
• Assist to develop a network of strategic partners in the region to support the execution of the firm's LNG strategy.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Actively participate and engage in the process for the continuous improvement of the firm's LNG procedures and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience/hard skills:
• Bachelor's degree is essential. Master's degree is desirable.
• Min of 3-6 years of business development/ marketing experience gained in the Oil & Gas industry or the maritime industry, preferably within the LNG/LPG industry
• Project management experience, preferably linked to infrastructure projects.
• Reasonable technical understanding to be able to present technical solutions to customers.
• Reasonable familiarity with gas supply markets and gas supply negotiations.
• Familiarity with FSU/FSRU contracts is desirable.

Commercial:

• Good knowledge of the LNG markets and ability to use this to identify opportunities (preferred but not a must)
• Proven commercial acumen and customer relationship skills.
• Good negotiation skills and an ability to close deals

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially across cultures.
• Enjoys problem-solving and takes a creative and solution-oriented approach when faced with ambiguity.
