Role Description
The Sales Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, is responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing a high-performing team within your region that oversees the monthly transaction of assets exceeding $30 million. Your highest priority will be to exceed monthly revenue targets while delivering exceptional client service.
Your team will include our Real Estate Consultants, who are at the heart of our business. Supported by state-of-the-art technological tools, each Real Estate Consultant is a star in the industry, transacting 25x more properties than the average property agent every year.
In order to deliver results on a consistent basis, you will need to ensure close collaboration with teams across the company including Product, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and Inside Sales to ensure a high volume of deals entering your pipeline are each handled with urgency and the highest level of professionalism.
No prior real estate experience is required for the role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by leading your region / team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective leadership, performance management, and strategic planning;
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of top-performing Real Estate Consultants, promoting a culture of success and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with your team to strategize and close high-value deals;
- Work with other department leaders to improve products and boost market reach, aligning efforts with business goals;
- Use analytics and CRM tools to manage sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and territory planning, ensuring data is used effectively;
- Lead by example, focusing on results, holding your team accountable to goals while maintaining high morale and performance;
- Ensure exceptional service by addressing client issues, gathering feedback, and aligning service delivery with our mission: "Making people love real estate agents."

- Detail orientated. You know everything about every deal that enters your team’s pipeline. You ensure that the CRM is diligently updated by every single team member for every deal;
- Structured and analytical. You are methodical in your approach to managing your team’s performance. As much as you are willing to get your hands dirty to solve problems, you also know when to take a step back and use data and logic to identify trends and identify root-causes to work on;
- Ambitious and hungry. You are rarely satisfied with the impact and results you deliver. You want full ownership over your team’s results and you and your team to always be doing better. You believe that not moving forward is a step back;
- Underdog mentality. You are fully aware that in order to win in the largest consumer category in one of the world’s largest real estate markets (Singapore), you will need to topple the 34,000 incumbent agents fighting tooth and nail to protect their share of the pie.
- High emotional intelligence: Show caring for others, is able to explain personality of team members in details to activate specific traits, has a coach mindset;
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master's degree;
- 2+ years’ experience working in a high-performing sales organization focused on generating new sales (not renewals!);
- 2+ years experience operating in a structured sales organization as exhibited by structured deal management by lead/deal stages AND use of analytics and CRM tools to manage forecasts, pipeline activities, or territory planning;
- 1+ years’ experience in managing a high-performance team;
- Passionate about achieving sales goals and able to inspire others to join you;
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team with diverse backgrounds and styles;
- Outstanding leadership skills, with an ability to work with and use data;
- Multitasking, structured, autonomous, self-starter, tech-savvy, and adaptable;
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication;
- Real Estate experience or knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): 65% Base salary + 35% Variable (uncapped quarterly bonus)
