Salary: $4,500 – 5,000
Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting and optimising the sales process within the organisation. The responsibilities typically fall into several key areas, including strategy, process optimization, data management, and collaboration. These responsibilities include:
Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting and optimising the sales process within the organisation. The responsibilities typically fall into several key areas, including strategy, process optimization, data management, and collaboration. These responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with sales leadership to design and execute strategies that align with company goals
- Develop sales targets and forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales team performance
- Tracking KPIs (key performance indicators) and provide actionable insights to improve overall sales performance
- Designing and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Creating dashboards and reports to track metrics such as revenue, pipeline health, win rates, and quota attainment
- Analysing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities, then suggest improvements.
- Evaluating and implementing tools for lead generation, sales analytics, and automation
- Training and supporting Area Sales Managers in effectively using these tools
- Working with Marketing team to ensure seamless lead handovers and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborating on pricing strategies, commission structures, and revenue recognition
- Monitoring and managing the sales operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Leading cross-functional projects and support Area Sales Managers in achieving their objectives
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years retail Operations role , preferably food perishables
- Own motor bike or car
- Proficient in data analysis and creating actionable insights
- Strong ability to communicate across teams and with leadership
- Capable of addressing process inefficiencies and aligning solutions with business goals
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in a managerial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software, preferably Dynamics365
