As a Business Development Manager in the recruitment sector, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth and foster client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Retention:

· Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment sector

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

· Understand client needs and provide customized recruitment solutions

2. Business Strategy:

· Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities

· Collaborate with the management team to align business development strategies with organizational goals

3. Lead Generation:

· Proactively generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach

· Utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and partnerships, to identify and engage

potential clients

4. Proposal Development:

· Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients

· Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that proposed solutions align with the company’s

capabilities and capabilities and expertise

5. Market Intelligence:

· Stay informed about industry trends, changes in recruitment practices, and competitor activities

· Use market intelligence to identify areas for business growth and adapt strategies accordingly

6. Metrics and Reporting:

· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and client acquisition

· Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities

7. Negotiation and closing:

· Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties

· Close deals and secure contracts for recruitment services

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery
