• Address customer feedback and manage complaints efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of sales leads, activities, order histories, and pricing.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts for purchasing department.
• Compile and submit sales reports to management.
• Support sales team by coordinating appointments, handling urgent communications, and managing sales-related inquiries in their absence.
• Process orders received via phone, email, SMS, or mail, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and minimum order quantities.
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry into the company’s system, meeting customer specifications and delivery schedules.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
