International Business Manager
Responsibilities
· Focus on developing and securing international business and for the respective products and solution portfolio
· Develop and formulate international business development strategies and plan and drive the execution
· Delivery of the sales order target and future growth as declared in the international business plan
· Keep track and report performance of Int’l Business. Provide timely updates to management team on the sales target achievement, performance and gain insight and assessment against goals
· Channels and strategic partnerships creation, new customers account creation and relationship management
· International leads and opportunities creations
· Coordinates with line of businesses/business units including sales, business development and product managers to meet the business development needs account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Requirements
· Proven international sales and/or business development track record in a senior position in defence, international and engineering industry domain
· Prior experience in sales channels/accounts and partnership creation and relationship management
· Prior experience in new account creation and account management
· Prior experience in Int’l Biz sales/orders forecasts and strategic planning
· Proven success in a fast-paced environment, independent, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in team environment and individually
· Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability
· Working location is in Jurong East/Ang Mo Kio
