Reporting to the Senior Vice President and President of Asia, the Sr Director of Regional Marketing, Market Access and Custom Analytics (MACA), will lead teams that provide consultative leadership to the Asia direct county sales and marketing teams to include Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan and India. Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in identifying wide range of corporate challenges/problems and solutions needed to achieve effective outcomes.

• Assist in HR matters which may include recruitment, promotion & termination, employee performance evaluations, policies & procedures, etc.

• Assist in the enhancement of reports so as to be able to more effectively monitor the progress on projects and to measure project profitability and performance against goals.

• Assist in information gathering and presentation of historical findings as necessary.

• Regularly present progress reports to Management.
