ABOUT THE ROLE
The Website Performance & Content Strategist role at Elfie is pivotal in increasing the number of app downloads from website visitors. This role involves:
A. Website Traffic: Enhancing the discoverability of our website through content and technical SEO.
B. Website Conversion: Boosting traffic-to-download conversion rates by optimizing content quality and the technical performance of the website.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop content and implement comprehensive content strategies to boost website traffic and conversion rates
- Lead content creation efforts to ensure engaging, relevant, and SEO-optimized material.
- Continually enhance the website UX/UI to improve website aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a user-friendly experience that encourages conversion
- Conduct regular audits of website performance, SEO effectiveness, tagging and engagement metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align website strategies with broader growth marketing and business goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to website traffic, user engagement, and download conversions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field, with minimum 4 years of experience in website management for multiple markets. Proven track record of successful SEO implementation and content strategy development
- Strong skills in Webflow or similar platforms, SEO practices, and web analytics tools. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
- Excellent writing and editing skills for creating engaging, SEO-optimized content. Proven ability to manage multiple websites across different markets, adapting content for local needs.
- Strong communication skills for working effectively with various stakeholders across markets.

Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.
We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.

- Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
- Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.

The Content Specialist role would play a crucial role at Elfie by creating engaging, educational, and culturally relevant content across various digital platforms that would motivate users to consistently monitor their health. This role will bring users closer to the concept of managing health holistically by unlocking various health features that Elfie offers. We aim to elevate the way healthcare is managed globally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Identifying content goals that align with Elfie’s overarching business objectives and tailoring content formats (blogs, videos, social posts, paid media, infographics, etc.) to suit niche audience segments and therapeutic areas
- Develop and implement a holistic content strategy for the websites, including creating engaging SEO-optimized content, managing website technical aspects such as site structure and metadata, and utilizing analytics to measure performance and drive data-informed improvements to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to develop a strategy that ensures content reaches its intended audience and drives measurable business impact
- Ensure quality production of various content formats, such as static and motion media, video content for advertising platforms, influencer driven campaigns, infographics, voice over, PR, and more.
- Create video and other assets for various platforms, adapting styles and formats to suit different audience preferences, therapeutic area vitals and technical requirements
- Share weekly analysis and insights on content and website performance. Share global trends and keep track of global and local market calendar.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications,Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing global content strategy and content creation, in a start-up or agency.
- Understanding of content channels and effective distribution systems (e.g. social platforms, advertising formats, PR, blog, website, SEO) is a must. Basic understanding of website design, flow, structure, meta-data is must
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffect, Premiere Pro), Figma, and relevant 2D/3D software.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with international teams.
