Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets in Constuction sectors.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

· Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.

· Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth.

· Prepare and present compelling business proposals.

Requirements:

· Prefer with Diploma/Degee with 4-7 years with relevent experience experience in sales, marketing or related field.

· Experienced in Construction sector financial reporting, systems, and analysis

· Proficient in Construction management and financial modeling; experience is an advantage

· Outgoing, independent, and possesses strong people skills

· Excellent presentation and writing skills

. Must have class 3 or 3C Singapore driving license

· More than 4 years of experience in management reporting, accounting, or financial analysis

· Ability to interpret financial in methodology

Salary: (Junior, 2-4 yrs related experience: up to 4,000)

Time : Mon - Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

JOB SCOPE (Design Engineer)

- Design, test, debug and commission the company’s product, which include jigs and fixtures, customized semi and fully automatic machines.

- Attend meetings with customers to discuss on their requirements in new projects and/or project proposals.

- Research and develop new ideas and concept to enhance company’s performance and competitiveness in the field of industrial automation.

- Procure and/or assist in the procurement of necessary items to enable the performance of above duties.

Requirements

- Minimum ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum two years’ experience in customized Automation Machine Design.

- Experience in customized semi-con/ connector/ machine design preferred.

- Knowledge in Solidworks preferred, familiar with Pro-E and Inventor added advantage.

- Intuitive in mechanical movement, function and performance, good perception of 2D & 3D objects.

Probation period - (3 to 6 months)

Annual Wage Scheme - (Basic annual + 13th month ++)

Performance Bonus - (Depending on Sales and Nett profit)
