YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the Sport General Manager and Marketing Specialist to support ongoing projects and campaigns.
• Assist the Sports Marketing Department Europe in day-to-day activities and event coordination.
• Implement marketing projects and campaigns across international subsidiaries and sports partners.
• Coordinate the collection, creation, and global distribution of marketing content and materials.
• Support internal marketing tools, including communication, enforcement, and development for Asia regions.
• Conduct marketing audits, analysis, and research to identify current trends and best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with athletes, influencers, clubs, and sports partners to foster long-term collaborations.
• Organize and manage events, such as photoshoots, campaigns, and interviews with athletes, influencers, or partners.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Education: Minimum diploma qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a professional athlete or substantial exposure to the sports industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and cross-functional team environment.
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong understanding of the sports, health, and fitness sectors.
• Experience in direct sales, marketing, or similar roles within the health, fitness, or beauty industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital content creation and social media platforms is desirable.
