Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with SAP experience, focusing on Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Movement and Production (MM). In this role, you will support project management for system development and implementation activities, ensuring the smooth execution of business process improvements.
The preferred candidate will demonstrate his/her expertise in developing business process flows, obtaining stakeholder sign-offs, and facilitating process workflow modelling to collaborate on defining the future state while addressing gaps across workstreams. Additionally, you will capture user requirements and translate them into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
· Support the project management for the system development and implementation activities
· Develop business process flows and obtain stakeholder sign-offs
· Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on to-be state/process illustration and closing the gaps between workstreams
· Hold the pen to capture user requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria
· Prepare and manage the reporting to communicate project risks, issues and actions to stakeholders
· Ensure that the team adheres to committed timelines and deliverables and assist in de-risking
· Facilitate the creation of test scenarios (where required), training documentation, preparation of test data, collation of change requests, capture of test evidence and ensure the successful completion of UAT
· Co-ordinate user training according to plan
· Hold the pen for L5 documentation (if superusers are unavailable) to refresh L5 documentation
· Other governance, documentation and process work as required
Requirements
· Candidate will need to liaise with stakeholders in China. Proficiency in Mandarin will be highly advantageous
· Excellent documentation skills for project and system development and testing
· Excellent Visio skills
· Excellent skills in using Azure DevOps for iteration planning, task allocation and tracking and test plans
· Outstanding time management, communication, and organisation skills
