Roles entails managing the company’s corporate and internal communications, branding and corporate social responsibilities portfolios.
*Corporate communications, main role includes formulating internal and external communications strategies, developing relevant communications materials, managing both traditional and digital communication channels and organizing large scale corporate events and campaigns. Able to effectively liaise with government officials to achieve desired outcomes.
*Internal communications, main role includes translating corporate topics into a comprehensive communication strategy, driving understanding of key strategic initiatives, establishing organisational messages and engaging employees and tracking communication efforts.
*QEHS role: To implement and abide by requirements set out in the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System, ISO and OHSAS standards and applicable legal and other requirements.
Requirements
· Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
· Preferably with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in corporate communications in a fast-paced environment.
· Good written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Hands on with a willingness to manage execution details in addition to strategy development.
· Efficient in digital trends and tools.
