Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or tax-related projects
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation
• Experience with requirements gathering and management
• Knowledge of digital form solutions and workflow automation
• Knowledge of digital formats such as JSON, HTML
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

• Drive cost efficiencies through ingenious portfolio and inventory management.
• Maintain and improve on Print Top Parts effectiveness.
• Drive Supply Chain team to meet/ optimise delivery Turn Around Time. Collaborate with them on ad-hoc TAT & customer experience improvement initiatives such as Hybrid Model, Lead time PBI development, etc
• Collaborate with market leads, supply chain planner & Buyer on optimal PHA stock level.
