YOUR ROLE:

The role of Pre-Sales Architect plays an integral role in the business strategy for PALO IT Singapore. This position requires extensive collaboration, bringing together domain experts to craft go-to-market strategies and technical expertise that are in harmony with our company's objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, risk, competitive landscape, opportunities, and emerging technologies.
• Identify market gaps and potential growth areas.
• Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches.

Sales Operations:

• Own and deliver on the overall go to market strategy.
• Proactively identify and engage with key prospects to build a robust business development pipeline.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards.
• Understand customers’ needs and prepare solution-based proposals to them and address their technical pain point.
• Act as a single technical point of contact for our customers during the sales process.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the financial industry.
• Understand client needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Establish partnerships with technology vendors, financial institutions, and industry associations.
• Participate in industry events for thought leadership and networking
• Leverage these relationships to drive business growth.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts
• Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with project management
• Experience working within a consultancy environment
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Candidates with entrepreneurship background and attitude will be preferred.

Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Implementing new sales plans

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Strong business sense and industry expertise

• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

• The ability to work under pressure.

• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

You will work in a Project team and your responsibilites and task will include:

• Front end engineering design
• Develop detailed system design: including integration of systems
• Calclulation $ Studies (RF, Network PAGA, CCTV, etc)
• Provide accurate and detailed project documents and drawings
• Interface with sub vendors to ensure they meet the project requirements.
• Configuration and testing
• Support to the service tean
• Support to the tender and sales team
