Job Scope:

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients
• Maintain and develop a portfolio of ongoing client relationship, with a view to identify new opportunity while ensuring client satisfaction
• Serve as a “A” signatory for the trust company
• Efficiently and effectively lead and manage initiatives and projects
• Conduct regular review and analysis of business performance
• Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards

Requirements:

1. Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing high-end aesthetics or healthcare beauty clinics, including multiple locations.
   Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
   
2. Education:Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
   

Key Competencies: Strong leadership skills with experience managing mid-sized teams (10–20 members).
Exceptional sales and business development expertise, with the ability to meet and exceed financial targets.
