Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate preparation of accounts, financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, human resource, administration matters and conducting internal cyclical audits. Your primary goal will be to contribute to our organization's quality accounting and financial reporting standards. Moreover, the candidate must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

● Reach out to various personnel in the Group Companies to collect and record quality accounting and financial information

● Liaise with relevant parties like customers & suppliers for AR/AP functions

● Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Full-Set Accounts and Management Reports

● Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual accounts

● Serve various subsidiaries and entities within the Group

● Create quality management reports to facilitate monitoring and effective business decision making

● Prepare tax documents

Requirements:

● 1 - 2 years' of Bookkeeping, Accounts and Admin experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in identifying wide range of corporate challenges/problems and solutions needed to achieve effective outcomes.

• Act as an intermediary between the service providers and the needs of the Group’s investees.
