ECCO Shoes Singapore is looking for a result-driven Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Responsible for attending to all customers and demonstrating effective selling skills and product knowledge
• Able to do link sales and up-selling
• Ensure that all sales data are updated
• Advise and inform customers on usage of ECCO products
• Able to establish customers' requirements using questioning techniques and listening skills
• Able to make good recommendations of ECCO products to customers

• Alert Store-In-Charge if there is any discrepancies with inventory
