Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Development:

• Design and implement sales strategies for office software to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities in key Southeast Asian markets.

2. Channel Development:

• Build and manage partnerships with local distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
• Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance.

3. Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear sales objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

4. Market Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
• Work with the marketing team to localize campaigns and promotional efforts for target markets.

5. Client Relationship Management:

• Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

1. Experience:

• 5+ years of sales experience in the software industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing sales in office software or related sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of the Southeast Asian markets, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

2. Education:

• Diploma’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

3. Skills:

• Strong understanding of software sales cycles, licensing models, and SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve aggressive targets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

4. Language:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners).

Job description:

Main Role: Act as the owner for internal and external compliance and internal control management in country business group domain.

1. Company Compliance: Build & implement the company's compliance and internal control requirements, and able to identify business risks through continuous operations, and promote continuously optimize the internal control maturity of the domain to support continuous business success.
2. KPIs management: Set KPIs target for project and business group, then monitor the business department to achieve the KPIs and analyse the actual completion status, and push relevant department to complete the target on time.
3. Risk Management: Lead the identification and assessment of compliance risks of external laws and regulations in the domain, release the compliance risk map, and develop countermeasures and control solutions for specific risk scenarios.
4. Audit: Participate in the external audit of frontline compliance, communicate with customers, and analyse the rate process violations in the business domain. Provide accountability suggestions, and monitor business improvement and closure.
5. Cost and expense control: Provide proposals of cost and expense control to Management team; Organize and coordinate the relevant department to implement the measures; Flexibly adopt various publicity methods, effectively convey the company's internal control tone and orientation, and build a favourable internal control atmosphere.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of working experience as a Risk Controller/Auditor in Business group/Project management and other related fields for a Country office.
3. Familiar with ICT (Telecommunication), Enterprise, Renewable energy, Cloud Storage & IT industry processes and operations (such as sales, product or delivery & services).
4. Be familiar with the processes and operations (such as sales, product, or delivery) of a certain business domain, and have a background in internal control, internal audit, or finance; Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to influence different level of Business group counterparts.
5. Ability to identify internal control and risk management issues and provide improvement suggestions (e.g. finance, internal control, risk, insurance, process, inspection, or audit)
6. Able to adapt & work in fast-paced environment, and committed to work as a Country Business Risk Manager.
7. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.
