Job scope

Answering phone calls, replying to emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders

Liaise with clients directly if there’s delivery or stock issues

Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement

Prepare packing list for warehouse

Handling salmon factory yield rate report and stock in

Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice

• Responsible for the entire sales cycle.
