Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media

Messe Berlin Singapore is looking for a creative, organized and detailed oriented project executive focusing on marketing and conference. This role is based in Singapore, where you will be supporting the team leading ITB Asia, ITB India and other travel trade events.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task are a must in this position. You are comfortable interacting with international clients. You possess an approachable and hardworking attitude yet maintaining a professional disposition with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Perform creative copywriting for brochures, EDM and all marketing collaterals
• Curate and design weekly EDM to be sent to dedicated target audience
• Develop key messaging and content for the target audiences together with the conference, sales and project team
• Manages all creative content and design of ITB Asia, ITB India, etc
• Manages Google Analytics accounts of all events and platforms
• Coordinate and manage all marketing related activities to ensure brand integrity and adhere to key deadlines
• Update event websites based on project team’s goal and outreach plan
• Coordinate with external vendors (PR agencies, printing vendor, photographer, videographer, designer, etc) to ensure all deliverable are achieved timely

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree holder with 1-3 years’ experience in B2B, events marketing, digital events, or similar role
• Good working knowledge of digital and social media channels
• Proficient in Digital Media file formats and Digital Marketing publishing platforms such as MailChimp
• Strong eye for details and meticulous
• Excellent creative skills with the ability to create new and innovative ways for promotion
• Excellent time management skills to manage tight deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience is Adobe Indesign and Adobe Photoshop

Responsibilities:

• Handle Quotation Request from the assigned list of Resellers
• Managed and Support all Enquiries pertaining to this set of resellers
• Weekly update of Funnel Report on all quotation sent out to overseas account if any
• Monitor Renewals potential (both Product & TS) and send quotation 1-2 months ahead of the expiry date to all resellers
• Order Processing inclusive of overseas order
• Special Pricing Approval (SPA) request to vendor if required
• Export Permit Licensing Request to vendor for all government and government link project
• Order Tracking and Shipment Release
• Arrange/Coordinate for Delivery on Demo Equipment with store as well as resellers
• Handle MDF and MPRF costing sheets when needed
• Cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients
• Assist on administrative tasks and other internal support when required

Requirements:

Applicants must have:

• Possess at least a tertiary qualification.
• Have effective communication skills both orally and written
• Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
• Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
• Work well within a team environment
• Be proficient in MS Office applications
• Candidates without prior relevant experience or Entry-Level candidates are welcomed to apply

Marketing Executive

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 08:00am - 05 :00pm
• Location: Taman Jurong
• Salary: $2,700 - $3,000 + $90 Transport Allowance

Responsibilities

• Brand promo activities/packaging artworks editing, managing advertising and promotion
• Support as in house designer for urgent packaging editing/new POSMs creation etc
• Website maintenance/editing (ensuring website information is up to date)
• To support in development and planning of new products with the mission of taking a product from concept to commercialization
• To support ad hoc marketing activities whenever possible.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience in the same capacity
• Knowledge on using illustrator/photoshops for design of artworks/POSMs/editing package
• Social media knowledge/experience will be added advantage
