Role Name: General Manager (GM) for Envac SEA

Reporting to CEO & Regional President of Envac Region Greater China, SEA & India

Depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate, this role could start with a 6 to 12 months of transition to learn about Envac systems and operations as a Senior Project Director or Acting as a Regional COO role. After this transition, he or she will serve as an independent General Manager (GM) for SEA including Singapore and Malysia. • Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders as per required
• Meet up with clients and conduct presentations whenever there is a need to
• Be on time and reply to clients enquiries whenever necessary
• Ensure all the Digital Marketing Campaign timelines are properly managed
• Works closely with the Digital Marketing team
• Conduct meetings, delicate work and communicate across clients feedback periodically

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Marketing Communication
• Pro-active, hardworking, good working attitude, meticulous and results oriented
• Resourceful and problem solver
• Candidates must be able to function in agile work environments
• Excellent analytics skill with strong business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable data and presentation
• Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications tailored to different group of stakeholders
• An advantage to have, Marketing / Digital Marketing background, website development experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process.
• Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders.
• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product.
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order.
• Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date.
• Liaise with suppliers for powder coating.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in aluminium working sector and manufacturing.
• Able to lead team members on production and installation.
• Have experience in working machineries.
• Able to read technical and installation drawings.
• Ensure products and install quality.
• Planning of production schedules and allocate sufficient Manpower.
• Implementation production processes and maximize efficiency and reduce production waste.
• Implementing continuous process improvements.
• Preparing material and equipment lists, PO, cost analyses and estimated cost.
• Provide training staff for new production teams.
• Working hours &days : 6 days work week, off on Sunday,8:30am to 5:30pm.
