Job Scope:

1. Programme Coordination: Coordinate events and engagements that facilitate meaningful interactions and dialogue between volunteers and participants.

1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. 2. Tasks and Responsibilities
