The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Manager to develop and lead our partner program. As the Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and managing relationships with resellers and implementation partners. You will develop a structured partner program and build a robust partner network that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the Partner Program:

• Design and implement a comprehensive partner program, including onboarding processes, training, certifications, and incentive structures.
• Define tiers, benefits, and requirements for partners to encourage engagement and growth.

Build and Manage Partner Network:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers and implementation partners globally or regionally.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and facilitating collaboration.

Drive Partner Sales and Growth:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create co-marketing initiatives and campaigns for partners.
• Set and monitor partner performance metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction levels.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on partner contributions to revenue and market share.

Support Partner Enablement:

• Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively promote and implement our software product.
• Organize and oversee partner events, webinars, and workshops to ensure continuous learning and engagement.

Strategic Development and Market Analysis:

• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the partner ecosystem.
• Develop strategies to expand partner reach in key markets and industries.
• Continuously refine the partner program based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the software or IT industry.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner networks.
• Strong understanding of reseller and implementation partner dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and partner management tools.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Operations Manager (Admin Principal) of the campus, you will play a key role in assisting the centre leader(s) in enrolment, finance, parents and external relations, marketing and promotional events, estate management, safety, health, hygiene and security, quality management, regulatory compliances, logistics support and general administration of the campus. You will supervise a small team of customer service/administrators and security officers to achieve excellence in school administration and operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage general administration of the campus including generating management reports, update of government subsides, ensuring the completeness of customer records, and maintain proper documentations and records
• Working with centre leader(s) in meeting enrolment and revenue targets, manage the day-to-day financial operations including exercising financial control over budget expenditure, timely collection of revenues and financial reporting
• Supporting the centre leader(s) in customer relations and customer services, including engagement and customer satisfaction, prospecting, enrolment and general customer affairs
• Supporting the centre leader(s) in establishing, building and maintaining external relations, including coordinating activities with stakeholders such as government authorities, community partners, residents committee and constituency advisors
• Supporting the centre leader(s) in human resource management including engagement and retention, manpower planning for non-teaching staffs, professional development, resourcing and general HR administration
• Overseeing estate management of the campus and liaising with contractors on estate and landscape maintenance, improvement work and health safety, cleanliness of the school
• Reviewing and maintaining security and safety of the school premises and property, including the establishment of security and safety procedures and the conduct of emergency exercises
• Providing logistics support for school activities, excursions and functions such as Open Houses, Parents-Teacher Conferences etc.
• Supervising a team of customer service officers, security officers and in certain circumstances attendants, traffic warden etc. and providing them with on-the-job training for effective school operations

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidates with at least 3years Sales Management, Hospitality/Retails Operations preferred
