About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Pre-Sales Manager (PSM) to join our client's team. In this pivotal role, you will enhance sales productivity and proposal flow by playing a vital “technical-close” role in complex solutions. As the technical advocate, you will collaborate with sales and technical support teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements while fostering strong relationships with regional partners, end users, and industry consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with regional partners’ solution specialists and technical teams, providing consultative support, technical training, product demonstrations, and hands-on workshops.
• Collaborate with the sales team and partners on potential and current projects to scope and configure technical solutions that enhance value.
• Deliver technical presentations and act as a solutions evangelist at external/internal customer events and trade shows.
• Position the company’s offerings as high-value solutions tailored to specific verticals.
• Identify and address solution gaps, pursuing additional business development opportunities with partners and customers.
• Build strong strategic relationships with partners, acting as their primary technical contact for our solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical support team to provide enhanced hands-on training and support to regional partners, consultants, and end customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT or AV Broadcast industry in a pre-sales or technical capacity.
• Solid knowledge of IT networking, with a preference for experience in display management solutions and matrix signal routing.
• Proven expertise in technical solution development and delivery.
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into cost-efficient, value-added solutions.
• Affinity for both sales and technology, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

Business Development

• New used equioment business development: Identify and pursue new used heavy equipment business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cuatomers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat busniess.
• Intenal Coordination: Ensure agreement with cuatomers are executed by to communicate with the factory/th sales team in Japan and Germany.
• Sales Perfomance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify trens and take corrective action as needed.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forcasts to support business planning and resource allocation.

Marketing

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new busniess opportunities, aanalyze competitor activities nd understand customers needs.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customers engagement.
• Brand Management: Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and marketing initiatives.

Job Purpose:

The Sales Manager is responsible for seeking and developing new business opportunities and securing renewal of existing contracts. You are expected to develop strong customer relationships and grow the sales and brands of assisgned brands.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for driving business growth and develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
• Responsible to secure new business and maintain repeat customers, potential customers to sell all RTE/RTH’s products and other future food products.
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

Experience & Pre-Requisites:

• Proven track record in electric motor sales or relevant e.g electrical / automation / instrumentation solutions
• Good contacts with end-users in the Oil and Gas / Chemicals/ Manufacturing / semiconductor / Industrial segments
• Minimum 2~ 3 Years Sales experience in Electrical solutions selling
• ITE / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Possess class 3 driving license and preferably to have own transport (Transport allowances will be provided)

As a forward-looking company, we adopt state-of-the-art technology in our live streams where customers can experience novel formats of online shopping.

In this role, you will be required to partake in the conceptualisation, planning and management of the company's social media assets. This will include design, scripting, assisting in on ground shoots to post production of reels that aim to promote, engage and drive new traffic. Looking into post insights and analysing statistics is also crucial for the team's regular reviews. Being a Marketing Executive also plays a pivotal role in the live roster, where new ideas are always needed to promote products that the company curates and takes pride in.

Job Scope

• Assisting with the conceptualisation, curation and production of digital marketing collaterals – graphic, photography, videography.

THE ROLE
