Sales Executive are the driving force deeply connected to our market growth. And must always be active in getting sales for our company

• Must be able to Acquire and develop sales opportunities through different channels example referrals, cold calls, email and face-to-face meetings
• Follow up and close sales opportunities
• Build a lasting relationship with client and maintain the possibility of future sales
• Consult and recommend our products and services
• Constantly relay and generate feedback regarding future product improvements, strategic marketing initiatives for new and existing client

Skills & experiences required

• At least 3 years of experience in B2C sales, particularly products or services
• Experience in direct selling products or services
• Able to communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences to sell Chope’s products
• Able to build positive, lasting relationships with clients
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and conscientious
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

This is a 5 months contract, the ideal candidate should experience managing stakeholders in the APAC region. This role focuses on key stakeholders and clients based across South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and programs to drive engagement on application stores and platforms.
• Help developers understand how they can use in-house developer tools to build successful businesses on Android platforns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored marketing support and co-marketing plans to key partners
• Collaborate with other developer facing & PR teams within various developer outreach initiatives
• Plan and manage marketing events across India.

Requirements

• Have 5 years of working experience in B2B marketing, preferably in mobile advertising on Android platforms or product marketing and partner marketing manager skills.
• Have program management skills leading marketing events.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service

· Provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction

· Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers' complaints and feedback

· Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment

· Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch

· To assist in making cold-calls to customers

· Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition

· Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

· Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record

· Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative

· Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented

· Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities

· Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities

· Willing to work retail hours (split shift work, weekends and public holidays)

· Passionate about the beauty and service industry

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

• Collaborate with HQ and ASEAN manufacturing sites to promote and expand Digital Transformation initiatives and activities.
• Act as the main point of contact between HQ, ASEAN sites, Study ASEAN region initiatives, address sites queries, facilitate project planning, execution, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.
• Monitor the progress of Digital Transformation projects and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of advanced technologies to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science, Engineering.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation frameworks and strategies in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using industrial software and systems such as ERP, MES, and IoT platforms.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools and cloud computing technologies.
• Technical leadership in MLOps technology and data science etc.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT or Digital Transformation, at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools etc.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) and Fluent in English.
