Corporate Sales Manager (Marketing)

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of corporate offline activations and being responsible for achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• Recruit, manage and train moomoo corporate offline sales brand ambassadors (BAs) to drive acquisition goals through various corporate offline channels including but not limited to corporate offices and B2B events.
• Implement incentive schemes and proper sales process management to ensure high team morale and sharp sales skills.
• Run training programs to ensure all sales BAs understand moomoo’s platform and product suite, marketing campaign mechanics, and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal team members and cross-functional teams, including partnership, legal and compliance, to ensure alignment and maximize the value derived from offline sales.
• Prepare regular reports and sharings on offline sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
• Support any other relevant marketing initiatives such as offline activations and roadshows where necessary.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in digital brokerage or similar financial institutions.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in offline or direct sales role.
• Good knowledge of various asset classes, including but not limited to stocks, options, and ETFs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities, with a track record of driving favorable outcomes.
