• Closely track the MCST’s Fixed Deposits (FD) and advice on its renewals with banks giving good returns.
• Responsible for the overall process of requisition for quotations with proper cost control

• Review the cost-effectiveness of all service contracts and recommend or advise Council on the need of changes
• Liaise with Trust Accounts department to pay to contractors for works which are duly incurred for the upkeep of the property.
