Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiry and customer’s purchase order
• Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
• Liaison with customer on product quality and delivery
• Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
• Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
• Retrieve mill test certificates when require
• Monitor and assist the Finance Dept. in collecting payment from the customers
• Assign tasks given by departmental head and directors

Requirement

• At least 2 years’ experience in the sales of hardware products or electrical items, especially in the oil & gas industry
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Must have experience in valves, pipes and fittings.

Job Overview:

The Lead Technology Delivery Manager is responsible for building a deep understanding of our business within the region and partnering with respective leaders to provide strategic technology guidance, support, and resolution on technology projects, processes and services. He/she must be laser-focused on regional client technology needs to improve colleague productivity and work life quality. Working closely with with the Director of Technology Delivery, this individual will drive and execute our technology projects for the region and serve as the regional escalation for all technology requests. - To be responsible for managing day-to-to-today activities in treasury and corporate functions to meet the financial and regulatory obligations of the group.

- To assist the Group in audit and accounts functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.

• To manage intercompany loans.

• To maintain & update all relevant banking records which include maintaining bank account Master Database, updating of consolidated report of banking facilities / charges and utilization.

• In charge of opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and application of bank facilities.

• To support business stakeholders in FX and trade financing matters.

• To identify business and market opportunities and work closely with banks for new funding scheme and evaluate current scheme for improvement.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on Tax compliance requests such as FATCA.

• To prepare weekly cash flow consolidation, consisting of short- and medium-term requirements.

Corporate

• To assist in the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.

• To assist in ensuring filing compliance in accordance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

Accounting and Audit

• To support audit related matters including preparation of bank and directors’ confirmations.

This role overseeing the warehouse operations, local distribution, resource planning, P&L and warehouse improvement projects.

Overall Operations Supervision

- Supervise overall warehouse operations including SG local transportation from/to Company’s warehouse(s)

- Establish and monitor the basic practice and implementation such as MHE pre-inspection, daily-walk-about in the respective work environment with the support from section leads below SLM

- Supervise and monitor WSH monthly reports and take a lead to close any negative findings.

- Receive an external or/and internal escalation upon any deviation or potential risk of deviation from the set KPIs.

Overall Operations Projects Supervision

- Delegate the respective task to the respective section leads by determining a schedule.

- Schedule and arrange any internal session for internal alignments in case of any potential issues, especially the severe ones.

Operations Resource Planning

- Come up with operations manpower resource planning.

- Conduct recruitment interviews in case of additional manpower resources to bring into the operations team.

Warehouse P/L Control

- Analyse monthly department P/L starting from sales revenue, direct cost, indirect cost up to gross profit with the direct superior.

- Come up with some proposals to improve our sales or/and cost for further discussion and finalisation with the direct superior

Reporting to our Regional Treasurer, APAC & MENA you'll be working on managing a growing portfolio of banking / financial partners in the APAC & MENA region and will be the main point of contact for external and internal queries in relation to payments processing and compliance. In addition, you will also be managing, coordinating and leading all new projects / initiatives and product launches in the regions. This will require cross Treasury coordination in the regions and working with other stakeholders across the Treasury New Products team, Product, Engineering, Finance & Operations.

About You

• 10-12 years of experience in Treasury
• Experience in managing banking relationships and understanding of Treasury topics across Cash and Liquidity, FX and Capital Management is essential

What You'll Be Doing

• Being able to support enablement of Treasury requirements across cash management, FX, Financing solutions, etc working with our banking partners
• Efficiently handling queries from internal and external partners, related to payments processing, liquidity, Fx, and compliance topics.
• Coordination of and attendance at external bank meetings, including write-up and distribution of call reports and follow-up actions, see through to completion;
• Monitoring and updating online bank accounts accesses;
• Coordinating the execution of Due Diligence questionnaires, KYC, and Onboarding requirements
• Assisting on other Treasury topics such as Projects including but not limited to banking integration, working with teams across Operations, Product & Engineering
• Help coordinate all new product launches for Treasury in APAC working closely with the Treasury New Products team and Product, Legal, Finance and Operations teams across the regions.
