HR Manager Southeast Asia

Your tasks

• Manage the recruitment and hiring process, from drafting job advertisements to onboarding candidates
• Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on HR matters
• Prepare employment contracts, visa applications, employment pass extensions, salary and promotion letters, and monitor leave or absences
• Create and implement HR procedures and regularly update the employee handbook in alignment with our headquarters in Germany
• Identify training providers and organize training sessions for our team in Southeast Asia
• Contribute to strategic HR projects, including establishing a second production facility in Malaysia and implementing HR software
• Conduct research on compensation and benefits topics
• Perform further HR tasks such as managing our insurance package, cooperating with universities, and conducting disciplinary actions

Your qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in Singapore (experience in Malaysia is a plus)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, HR, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in English (both oral and written)
• In-depth knowledge of Singaporean labor law; familiarity with Malaysian labor law is advantageous
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proficiency in MS Teams
• Willingness to travel as required

The Senior Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. This individual will work closely with franchisees and overseas partners to ensure that brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations are met or exceeded. This individual will be reporting to Head of Franchise Team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise locations to assess operational performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, serving as the main point of contact for operational support and guidance.
• Implement training programs and initiatives to ensure that franchise employees are properly trained on operational procedures, food safety standards, and customer service protocols.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, outlet compliance and customer satisfaction metrics for each franchise location.
• Implement the franchise operating manual and update wherever required and provides guidance in all operational and training areas.
• Lead preparation and host Franchise functional meetings.
• Collaborate with franchisees to develop action plans to address any operational challenges or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive growth and implement action plans.
• Prepare reporting on outlet audits and market opportunity.
• To be trained and stationed across various departments for training including Operations, Training and Franchise Department.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in F&B /Luxury Goods/ Hotel industry will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

• Oversee site works and activities and provide overall leadership to the project teams
• Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion target
• Perform site planning coordination and inspection relating to the construction project to ensure that project completion timeline, requirement and budget are met
• Lead, plan and execute MEPL/M&E/ACMV projects in A&A or newly build sector n compliance with safety, quality and schedule
