Position Overview

The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager will primarily be responsible for the planning and executing the digital marketing strategies to maximise revenue contribution for the Hotel with the support of an appointed agency in the management of Search PPC, SEO, Display Media Campaigns and Brand Websites. RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for trade/B2B marketing activities of Content Distribution department including trade events, marketing collaterals and digital marketing.

Events Management:

• Identify and plan key local / overseas content markets for branded booths to promote latest programme offerings, as well as identifying relevant programmes to promote in each market.
• To manage/produce marketing collaterals required for branded booth according to trade market requirements.
• Manage the procurement process of for events set up and coordinate with awarded vendor for set up to ensure smooth delivery of booth at each content market.

Marketing Collaterals:

• Collate marketing information for programmes by working with the relevant production teams and external stakeholders for material required for programme sales (may be required to do translation work, ability to translate from Chinese to English and vice versa will be an added advantage).
• To plan and manage marketing collateral production such as programme posters (for use across all marketing platforms such as events, website and brochures) and brochures (both hard and digital copies).

Digital Marketing Content website / EDMs:

• Responsible for managing and updating the department's content website, including updating of programme info and video files.
• Required to work closely with the digital team to improve/refresh on aesthetics of website and problem-solve when issues occur.
• Plan EDMs and other digital communication tools to promote Mediacorp content in region-specific campaigns.

What you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Startup Partner Marketing to lead the development and execution of our global Airwallex for Startups program. In this role, you will design and scale a global startup initiative and launch impactful campaigns to acquire startups via VC/PE firms, accelerators, and startup communities. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful programs that create value for startups and their ecosystems while strengthening Airwallex’s role as a trusted partner in the startup space.

The role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a global partner marketing strategy focused on startups, spin up new campaigns and initiatives that add continuous value to startups and our partners.
• Serve as the thought leader and brand ambassador of Airwallex for Startups program (internally and externally) and collaborate with regional channel partners and marketing teams to drive co-marketing initiatives with startup ecosystem partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Brand, Content, and Sales, to develop and deploy campaigns tailored to startups.
• Develop enablement materials to support startup channel partners and regional marketing teams, including playbooks, toolkits, and case studies.
• Establish and build the reporting and measurement infrastructure to track program performance.
• Stay current with trends in startup ecosystems, channel marketing, and payments landscape to inform, improve, and evolve the program.

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in startup partner marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to execute marketing programs with regional teams across US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and global B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Marketo, CRM systems like Salesforce, and analytics tools like Looker.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Preferred qualifications:

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Marketing Communications is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships.
