• The GM (Project Management/Operations) must possess vast experience and knowledge in the construction industry, be able to manage a few projects simultaneously.
• Applicant should have strong organizational and communication skills and be responsible for the day-to-day operations for meeting operational objectives that aligned with overall business goals in terms of the following: -
• Providing guidance and input to the team on tender, execution and completion of all the projects to meet budget and timeline.

Job requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering) or equivalent, preferably recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore or Board of Architects.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team of departmental heads.
• Good knowledge of local authority requirements and engineering standards

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven sales professional to lead the formulation and execution of sales strategies for the APAC region, with a focus on markets in Singapore and neighboring countries. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term sales strategies to drive growth in Singapore and neighboring APAC markets, including preparation of proposals and active engagement in sales activities.

The Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline or business administration.
• At least 7 years of experience in the oil & gas, life sciences, or infrastructure sectors, with a proven track record in sales, including the successful management of 3 or more projects valued at over USD 50 million.
• Strong understanding of contractual practices and experience in EPC projects.
• Technical knowledge of the energy, chemical, life sciences, and industrial/urban infrastructure industries is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
