• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service and Operations) to execute customer quotations effectively.
• Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
• Report directly to the Managing Director and Sales Manager on market trends and performance.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or 3PL.
• Proven track record in business development or key account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales presentations.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JPLT N1 or equivalent) is advantageous but not required.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to $5,500 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS
• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive regional sales of Electric Motors & Prognostic Health Management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, with expertise and experience in selling similar motor products. This role is to expanding our market presence in Singapore and neighbouring countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Industrial Electric Motors & Services within Singapore and the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients across various industries.
• Leverage in-depth product knowledge to understand customer needs and present tailored motor solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing business development.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Handle sale enquires and generate quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
• Provide after-sales support and maintenance services, collaborate with the technical and service teams to enhance product offerings and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on motors, online vibration monitoring system, or similar industrial products.
• Proven track record in regional sales, particularly within Singapore and neighbouring markets.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Electric Motors, Vibration monitoring and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
