• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders regularly and produce status update reports and minutes as required.

Criteria,

One important note is we realize some potential candidates have PM experience but they do not handle budgeting.

We need the candidate to be able to manage the PM scope from end to end including managing project budgets with good understanding of P&L, Cash Flow Forecasting and resource cost management.

Please note the candidate should have skills in supporting or managing large scale projects for technology infrastructure services like datacenter. As an example, if a project requires to setup a few servers, this will cover procurements, cabling, network switch, firewall, racking, server building etc. So, our requirement is for IT infrastructure PM.

• Oversee client accounts and foster robust customer relationships.
• Draft sales proposals, quotes, and review contracts.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance business expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for prompt order processing.
