Purpose of the Job

Assist the Centre Manager in implementing the eldercare project and managing the Active Ageing Centre effectively.

Key responsibility areas:

• Conduct regular individual or partnered home visits to private and HDB residents.
• Maintain accurate records of home visits and client attendance.
• Utilize screening tools to assess seniors and facilitate mind-stimulating activities.
• Ensure seniors' participation in planned programs and follow up accordingly.
• Refer seniors to appropriate services in financial and counseling domains, providing support and escalating urgent cases as needed.

Required qualifications and experience

Job Description:

1. Execute purchase orders and contracts, and implement purchase procedures
2. Strong knowledge and skills price negotiation, planning and order process
