The role

Mana Impact is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Investment Manager to lead investments, as well as external consulting projects. This role requires a versatile professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We are looking for someone with a proven track-record in the following areas:

Investment Acumen: Originate and source impact deal flow, conduct market analysis, and due diligence across asset classes (primarily private equity and private debt) with a focus on early-stage companies.

Financial Analysis: Develop detailed financial models, create investment memos, and present data-driven recommendations to investment committees.

Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting: Track financial, impact, and risk metrics for client portfolios, delivering detailed performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Project Management: Lead diverse projects in nature, biodiversity, and the circular economy, including impact investments, impact framework development, fund establishment, and market research.

Network and Relationship Management: Collaborate with our extensive network of clients, advisors, and partners to drive impactful results.

Brief on the Role

Ferco is looking to hire an ambitious and energetic Graduate Sales
Executive to work with the Repair and Maintenance division of Ferco
Singapore. The successful candidate will work directly under the Manager of the division and assist in generating profitable new business for the company, assist with proposals and tenders for incoming enquiries as well as aid the Manager in the day to day running of the operation. This is a full time role based in Hillview in Singapore.
