Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, corporate treasurers, and financial institutions.
• Understand clients' needs and provide innovative solutions using a variety of derivative products.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients in relation to derivative products, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  
• Sales & Product Promotion:
• Actively prospect new clients and identify business opportunities to expand the derivatives business.
• Promote the full range of derivative products and services to clients, including equity, interest rate, commodity, and credit derivatives.
• Drive sales and increase market share by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and goals.
  
• Market Knowledge & Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact derivative products.
• Provide clients with timely market insights, trade ideas, and product recommendations based on market conditions.
• Collaborate with the research and trading teams to develop new product offerings that meet client demand.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Listed Equity and Derivatives Sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of Listed Equity and Derivatives markets and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge and understanding in both buy side and sell side OMS and EMS.

Responsibilities:

• Management of MLO / NVOCC account – complete responsibility for all assigned
