• Coordinate and follow up on Oil Major Vetting Inspections, attend vessels for inspections, and ensure all deficiencies are documented and addressed.
• Conduct onboard navigation audits, report results, and follow up on any deficiencies.
• Assist in accident investigations, root cause analysis, and maintain involvement in the Emergency Response Team.
• Support vessels on operational issues (loading, discharging, tank cleaning, grade changes) in coordination with the OPS team.
• Implement and assist with the HSSEQ policies, conduct audits, and review safety-related reports from vessels.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Marine Engineering or it's equivalent
• At least 5 years related workng experience
• Experience in ship vetting, ship and terminal operations, and cargo changes/tank cleaning for IMO class 2 & 3 cargoes.
• Chief Officer’s certificate or Master’s license is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, with a sense of responsibility, initiative, and willingness to travel.
