1. Remote Sales Team Leadership: Provide remote leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting sales targets, developing strategies, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue goals in the construction sector.
2. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key clients remotely, including contractors, developers, architects, and building owners, to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for new business.
