Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Create engaging content and visuals for social media platforms.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple online channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
• Maintain company websites and manage online inquiries.
• Edit videos and images using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Monitor social media trends, particularly in the Gold and Jewellery industry, and apply insights to content creation.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field
• Relavant experience
• Well verse with WooCommerce, Shopify, and Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.

Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

1. Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers for IBMS/BMS Systems in local market.

2. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.

1. Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and focus on improving the customers’ experience.

2. Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.

3. Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.

4. Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.

5. Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.

6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

2. 3 to 5 years working experience in related industry.

3. Good technical knowledge of IBMS/BMS Systems

4. Able to build and maintain good rapport with all internal and external stake holders including clients, M&E consultants, contractors, developers and team members.

5. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

6. Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.

7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Remuneration:

• $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
