We’re on the hunt for a dynamic MARKETING ASSISTANT to coordinate our brand strategy and digital marketing efforts. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement with our hairdressers, consumers and sales growth through innovative and effective activities (traditional and digital). He/ she will work closely with the W team and be a collaborative, active individual who will enjoy working closely with the sales, education and customer service teams at W.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute brand strategy that echoes the company mission and values.

• Create impactful online and traditional campaigns across social media, email, SEO and more.

• Develop captivating content that resonates with our audience and tells our brand stories.

• Optimise our website and e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all areas of the business.

• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to fuel continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 year experience (working in a start-up is preferred)
• A highly motivated, energetic and target driven personality
• Sound knowledge of digital & traditional marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Marketing Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design, experience in managing Facebook and Google Ads, and the ability to deliver visually appealing and effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and improve ad creatives to maximize engagement and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience in creating and managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of design principles and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

• Responsible for the creation and delivery of high-quality strategy, idea, concepts and final creative material for the Brand/Platform Creative Content plan.
• Responsible for the progress of Brand/Platform Creative Content plan through the relevant stages and gates of Marketing Factory, partnering with the relevant marketing team members in the preparation of the final recommendations presented for decision at each gate.
• Work with key stakeholders to create briefs and lead agency briefings.
• Manage the development of exciting Core Creative Ideas for Regional Brands and local brands, anchored on consumer insight.
• Communicate strategy and the ‘job to be done’ in a clear and compelling way which results in great creative work.
• Management of all stakeholders as defined by the project (incl. sourcing all Feedback and the full stewardship of the Creative Content Project through any/all Marketing Factory Gates.
